I was an athlete in college and am still a gym rat now even though
I'm logging long hours on Wall Street. Despite all that, the
workouts Terri put together for me were completely new and innovative
and always challenging.
I've been working out with Terri since
Oct. 2005. Our workouts over the last 3 months have been both
physically intense and extremely educational. I started having
serious problems with my knees towards the end of the summer
due to too much running. After resting them for a few weeks,
I found that not only had I put on a quick 15 pounds, I had lost
motivation to work out altogether.
I learned about Terri on Citysearch
and decided to give her a call. Her energy and enthusiasm were
infectious and critical to getting me back on track and working
out regularly again. I normally don't get up before 8, even for
meetings at work. But somehow, every week, Terri had me in her
studio doing pushups at 6:30AM!
To be completely honest, as much as she pleaded with me to cut out McDonald's,
milkshakes and other goodies, I really didn't. My eating habits stayed pretty
much the same and even took a big turn for the worse over Thanksgiving and
Christmas. What I did do was stick to her workout regimen over the last few
months and the results have been significantly positive despite the poor
eating. I cut body fat and put on a noticeable amount of muscle. Most importantly,
I am back enjoying working out and working out hard. I can't thank Terri
enough for the great job she has done for me. I would recommend giving her
a try regardless of what level of fitness you are at.
